Making Every School Day Memorable
That’s what YOU do every day – whether you are teaching indoors or outdoors.
You are making a difference. You are doing a fantastic job. Now more than ever, you are needed in this world.
So please, PLEASE, PLEASE take time to do something for yourself today.
Visit a park (alone – without your students),
buy yourself a bouquet of flowers,
take a walk in the woods,
smell the roses (or any flower you love),
and listen to birdsong.
Today’s tip for making September 2018 a “September to Remember” for your students is to take care of yourself.
Rest your mind, relax your body and recharge your spirit. Make it a habit to treat yourself as you would your very best friend.
And thank you, from the whole of my heart, for all you do!
“I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order.” John Burroughs
